The seller can help arrange freight and deliver the equipment to the address or port designated by the customer. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and should be paid before shipment. For bulk orders, we can help coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure safe and timely delivery. The remaining balance must be paid in full before shipment.

Yes. We perform functional testing before shipment and can provide test videos so customers can purchase with confidence.

Due to the high cost of transporting complete machines, returns or exchanges are usually not supported after shipment.
If parts are damaged during use or transport, please send us clear photos. We will provide the required replacement parts at a low factory price and ship them directly from the factory.
As a direct manufacturer, we can also provide long-term parts and attachment support for future maintenance needs.
